Miles has worked in the software service industry since 1984, focusing on self-service in transport and hospitality since 2005. Primarily heading up sales to drive business and opening new markets at IBM and ATOS/Shere.

He joined Ariane in 2010 to spearhead the growth of the UK North business and introduce mobile check-in as part of Ariane's strategy to shake up the hospitality market.
