        Are you passionate about hotels and the technology that powers them? We’re looking for a Product Owner with experience in hospitality or hotel technology to help us improve and expand the guest journey – from mobile and web check-in to on-site kiosks.

        You’ll be based at our Paris headquarters, working alongside developers, designers, and leadership to evolve our global self-service platform. With more than 3,000 installations in 25+ countries, Ariane is the world leader in hotel check-in automation – and we’re just getting started.

        ABOUT THE ROLE

        Product management sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. Your main focus will be on the Technical Solutions and User Experience, but you need to feel comfortable handling all three aspects of product management when required.

        Technology – You don’t need to write code, but you must understand the systems powering our solutions and what it takes to build them.

        User experience – it is all about your passion for the optimal user experience at all levels

        Business – optimizing your product to meet our business goals and maximizing return of investment

        This hands-on product role focuses on improving and expanding our Allegro v7 product line – the platform behind web, mobile, and kiosk check-ins at leading hotels worldwide. 

         

        You’ll be responsible for:

        • Translating product ideas and customer needs into actionable features
        • Writing user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications
        • Supporting the development team during execution
        • Testing and validating features before release
        • Creating internal training materials and leading training sessions
        • Collaborating across departments to keep the product competitive and customer-centric

        You will not lead software development – that responsibility lies with our Head of Development – but you will own the product vision and its day-to-day evolution.

        You will work in close collaboration with the Chief Product Officer, who will be your direct manager and primary point of coordination for both planning and execution. Our product team is small and hands-on, where everyone contributes actively across tasks. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, cross-functional environment that values initiative, collaboration, and clear communication.

        WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

        • Experience in the hotel industry or hospitality technology (as a hotelier or vendor)
        • Strong understanding of digital products and guest-facing UX
        • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France
        • Good communication skills in French (niveau B2 ou équivalent)
        • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

         

        Also valued:

        • Experience with Figma or similar prototyping/design tools
        • Interest or background in AI-powered tools or features
        • Ability to bridge business, tech, and design teams
        • Natural curiosity, creativity, and strong prioritization skills
        • Comfortable working in an agile development environment

        QUALIFICATIONS

        • 2+ years as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or similar
        • Background in software, innovation, or hospitality operations
        • A technical degree is a plus, but not required if offset by experience
        • Recent graduates with the right profile will be considered

        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

        • Translate product ideas and customer needs into actionable features
        • Write user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications
        • Collaborate with developers to clarify functionality and fill gaps during sprints
        • Test and validate new features before release
        • Create internal training materials and lead sessions for support, sales, and onboarding
        • Maintain internal product documentation
        • Contribute to roadmap planning and product strategy
        • Support marketing with product-related content and demos
