Technical Support & Implementation Specialist (m/f/d)
Germany
COMBINE YOUR TECHNICAL CURIOSITY AND HANDS-ON MINDSET TO BRING HOTEL SELF-SERVICE TO LIFE.
Do you enjoy figuring out how things work, solving problems on the spot, and seeing your work go live in front of real guests? In this role, you’ll support our hotel customers day to day and bring new kiosk installations from technical preparation all the way to a successful go-live.
You’ll join our DACH team, working closely with colleagues in Germany, France and the USA. With more than 3,000 installations across over 25 countries, Ariane is Europe’s leading provider of automated hotel check-in solutions, and we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To strengthen our DACH team, we’re looking for a technically curious person who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative and wants to contribute actively.
You’ll be the technical point of contact for our hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll support them in their daily operations, resolve incidents across software, hardware, networks and payments, and deliver new kiosk projects from the first technical assessment to the moment the first guest checks in.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate PMS, payment, network and key-card integrations with internal and external partners.
- Perform remote and on-site testing and support successful go-lives.
Customer Training & Onboarding
- Train and onboard hotel teams on Ariane software, functionality and day-to-day use.
Ownership & Coordination

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A good understanding of software, hardware and networking.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Initiative, a strong sense of ownership and an organised, independent working style.
- Strong customer communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Confidence in training and supporting users.
- Willingness to travel for installations and customer visits.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with hospitality technology, PMS systems, payment solutions or self-service kiosks.
A Bonus
-
French language ability.
-
A desire to learn, contribute actively and develop professionally and personally.
You don’t need to know every system from day 1. What matters is how you approach a challenge: investigate, understand, take initiative, and follow through.
